Bilka, Belack Named to NSCAA All-Region Team

ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend Junior Alex Bilka (Cranberry Township, PA/Seneca Valley) and sophomore Olivia Belack (Upper St. Clair, PA/Upper St. Clair) have been named to the 2015 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Division III Women's All-Great Lakes Region Team.

Bilka is being recognized for the second straight season. She earned a spot on the first team after landing on the second team last year. The power forward and Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Offensive Player of the Year led the league with 17 goals and 11 assists for 45 points. The three-time All-AMCC first-team choice broke four school records this season, including career goals, career points, single-season points and assists. Bilka is one assist away from tying the career assists record.

Belack was named to the third team for her first All-Region honors. The two-time All-AMCC selection ranked second on the team with 11 goals and eight assists for 30 points. Belack started in every contest and scored in seven, including three goals and one assist in the AMCC Championship game where she netted the game winner in overtime.

The Lions finished 13-8 overall and 8-2 in the conference. Behrend won their fifth straight AMCC Championship and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
