The Penn State Behrend women's soccer team was recognized by the United Soccer Coaches (USC) for their exceptional academic performance as a team for the 2019-20 academic year.

ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's soccer team was recognized by the United Soccer Coaches (USC) for their exceptional academic performance as a team for the 2019-20 academic year.

A total of 889 college teams (333 men, 556 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the USC Team Academic Award.

The women's soccer team, led by head coach Patrick O'Driscoll, recorded a cumulative grade point average of 3.52. The team will look to continue their achievements both on and off the soccer field during the 2020-21 academic year.
