NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster women's swimming and diving team tallied a 182-103 win over Penn State Behrend in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon.

* The Lions won five individual events on the day
* Behrend was led by a pair of wins from Marcella Puglia (Beaver Falls, PA/Blackhawk) and Barbie Cessar (Slippery Rock, PA/Slippery Rock) 
* Puglia recorded the first win in the 200 free (2:03.94) and then touched first in the 500 free (5:38.20)
* Puglia was also a close second in the 100 free with a time of 57.54, just missing first at 57.50
* Cessar won the breaststroke events for Behrend, claiming the 100 in 1:14.39 and the 200 in 2:42.32
* Emma Webster (Bradford, PA/Bradford) touched first in the 200 backstroke (2:20.69) and was near a win in the 100 backstroke (1:05.32)
* Webster was .23 seconds shy of winning the 100 backstroke 
* Diver Julia Sank (North East, PA/North East) was second on the one-meter (141.00) and on the three-meter board (107.11)
