ERIE, Pa. - Penn State Behrend women's swimming freshman Kallie Smith (Oil City, PA/Oil City) earned Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Women's Swimmer of the Week for the period of January 13-19.

Smith won two events for the Lions against Grove City on Saturday. She touched first in 56.69 in the 100 freestyle, before winning the 200 IM in 2:00.64.

The swimming and diving teams are back in action this Saturday against Nazareth in the Junker Center Natatorium at 1 p.m.
