HILTON HEAD, SC – The Olivet women's tennis team posted a 6-3 win over Penn State Behrend in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina on Thursday afternoon.

The Lions (13-6) posted a win at the No. 3 doubles match, while earning the decision at No. 3 and No. 6 singles.

Celeste Bentley (Harborcreek, PA/Harbor Creek) and Kelly Miller (Louisville, OH/Louisville) managed an 8-5 victory against Rae Claramunt and Isabel Snyder.

Jacqueline Cannella (Bradford Woods, PA/North Allegheny) tallied a close 7-6 (7-5) and 6-4 score over Haley Powers at the No. 3 singles spot. Colleen Miller (Louisville, OH/Louisville) earned the final singles win at No. 6, posting a 6-0, 6-1 score.

Behrend returns to action tomorrow against Lawrence Tech at 12 p.m.
