ERIE, Pa. – The Geneva men's and women's tennis team defeated Penn State Behrend in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon.
The men fell 8-1 and the women were defeated 9-0.
The lone match won by the men was Michael Funera (Hermitage, PA/Hickory) tallied an 8-6 win at No. 2 doubles for the Lions (1-2).
The women return to action on Friday against Franciscan at 4 p.m. and the men will face Alfred on Friday, October 6 at 3:30 p.m.
