Behrend Women's Tennis Earns Runner Up at AMCC Championships

WEXFORD, Pa. – The No. 2 Penn State Behrend women's tennis team fell to No. 1 Pitt-Greensburg 5-0 in the 2023 Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Championship at the Oxford Athletic Club on Sunday.

Noteworthy: 

* Erica Jasinski (Fairview, PA/Fairview) and Jayna Baer (Pittsburgh, PA/Moon) were named to the All-Tournament Team. It marks Jasinski's third time on the All-Tournament Team

* This marks the fourth straight year the Bobcats and Lions squared off in the AMCC Championship
* Pitt-Greensburg has won three in a row and remained undefeated in conference play this season 
* The Bobcats won all three doubles matches and only needed two win two singles to claim the conference crown
