FREDONIA, NY - The Fredonia State volleyball team defeated Penn State Behrend 3-0 (25-22, 25-18, 25-21) in non-conference action on Wednesday night.
The Blue Devils shut out the Lions to avenge a 3-0 loss last year in the Junker Center.
Mary Sperry (Atlantic, PA/Conneaut Lake) tallied 10 digs and eight kills, while Stefanie Kelley (Moon Township, PA/Moon) posted nine digs and three kills.
Sarah Jacobs (Cochranton, PA/Cochranton) contributed five kills and Jess Woods (Corry, PA/Corry) added three kills.
Behrend returns to action next Wednesday at D'Youville. Match time is 7 p.m.
