BRADFORD, Pa. – The Pitt-Bradford women's volleyball team earned a 3-0 victory over Penn State Behrend in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) action on Wednesday night.
The Panthers (14-3, 3-0 AMCC) extended their winning streak to five matches with a 25-17, 25-13 and 25-22 decision over the Lions (8-7, 0-1 AMCC).
The offense was led by Paige Scurpa (Sharpsville, PA/Sharpsville) with seven kills along with five kill from Rachel Frye (Leechburg, PA/Kiski) and four kills by Meredith Snyder (Parker, PA/Allegheny-Clarion Valley)
Setters Hannah Saunders (Elizabeth, PA/Elizabeth Forward) and Lexi Irwin (Greensburg, PA/Irwin) tallied 11 and seven assists, respectively.
Behrend returns to action on Saturday against Penn State Altoona at 1 p.m.
