ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's volleyball team defeated Pitt-Bradford in four sets in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) action on Wednesday night in the Junker Center.

* The Behrend Lions forced 31 attack errors while knocking down 47 kills for the conference win
* The Lions won the first two sets, before falling in the third and then holding Pitt-Bradford to seven points in the fourth
* Hannah Phillips (Pittsburgh, PA/North Allegheny) led with 17 kills and 11 digs for the double-double
* Three others had double-digit digs, led by Kelli Hoffer (DuBois, PA/DuBois) 12 digs

* In the fourth set, Brooke Joncas (Corry, PA/Corry) served eight straight points to help the Lions a 21-6 lead
* Maura Benim (Harborcreek, PA/Harbor Creek) served the final three points, getting Behrend to 25-7
* Phillips tallied six kills on 10 attacks in the final set
* Joncas finished with nine kills and six service aces
