ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's volleyball team will host the Mt. Aloysius Mounties in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) action for Senior Day on Saturday, beginning at 12 p.m.

Penn State Behrend News & Notes:

* The four seniors being honored before the contest are: Brooke Joncas (Corry, PA/Corry), Sarah Cole (Jackson Center, PA/Lakeview), Kelli Hoffer (DuBois, PA/DuBois) and Paige Feorene (Export, PA/Franklin Regional)
* During their collegiate career, they have helped the Lions to a 53-29 overall record, and an unprecedented 22-2 mark in the AMCC
* The seniors have also won two AMCC Championships and advanced to the NCAA Tournament in 2019 and 2021
* Last time out, the Behrend Lions defeated Pitt-Bradford 3-1 in a battle for second place in the AMCC
* Against the Panthers, Hannah Phillips (Pittsburgh, PA/North Allegheny) led with 17 kills and 11 digs
* The Lions have secured a spot in the AMCC Tournament, a win and a Penn State Altoona loss on Saturday gives Behrend the No. 2 seed and first-round bye

Mt. Aloysius News & Notes:

* The Mounties are in a three-way tie for second in the AMCC with Behrend and Altoona at 4-2
* Mt. Aloysius' two conference losses were to Alfred State (3-0) and La Roche (3-1)
* The Mounties have won their last two matches 3-0 against Hilbert and Pitt-Greensburg
* Molly Richards tallied 11 kills and 13 digs vs. the Bobcats
* Outside hitter Ashlee Parish is ranked fifth in the AMCC in kills (227)

Series History

* Dating back to 2004, the Lions are 19-0 against Mt. Aloysius
