ALFRED, NY – The Penn State Behrend women's volleyball team fell 3-0 to Alfred State in the 2022 Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Championships on Sunday afternoon.

Score: No. 1 Alfred State 3, No. 2 Penn State Behrend 0 (25-23, 25-19, 25-21)

* The Pioneers used a three-set victory to capture their first-ever AMCC Championship
* Alfred State has not given up a set to the Lions this season
* The Pioneers hit .357 for the match, while Keturah Gregory led with 17 kills for a .571 attack percentage
* Hannah Phillips (Pittsburgh, PA/North Allegheny) tallied a match-high 19 kills and Brook Joncas (Corry, PA/Corry) added 16 kills
* Alfred State took a 15-8 lead in the first set and edged Behrend by two, 25-23
