GROVE CITY, Pa. - The Penn State Behrend women's water polo team fell twice at Grove City this weekend. The Lions were defeated by Washington & Jefferson 13-2 on Friday night and dropped a 13-3 decision to the Wolverines Saturday morning.

Against the Presidents, MaryEllen Spooner and Paula Rusca each scored while Elizabeth Causgrove made seven saves. Anne Lawrence also had two drawn ejections in the game.

Causgrove added seven more stops against Grove City and three different players scored for Behrend. Spooner, Kendell Duffy and Lawrence each scored a goal. Spooner contributed four drawn ejections.

The Lions return to action on April 29 at the CWPA Division III Championships in St. Paul, MN.
