Water Polo Finishes Day One of W&J Invite
The Penn State Behrend women's water polo team competed in day one of the Washington & Jefferson Invitational on Saturday.
WASHINGTON, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's water polo team competed in day one of the Washington & Jefferson Invitational on Saturday.

Game 1
* In the first game the Lions fell to McKendree, 28-2
* Both goals were scored by junior Angela Laier (Lansing, MI/Holt)
* Chloe Dodgen (Riverside, CA/Hillcrest) played a complete game in goal, registering five saves
* Dodgen also contributed four steals and one drawn ejection
* Freshman Shannon Young (Roseville, CA/Roseville) and Selena Hughes (Carlsbad, CA/San Marcos) each talled an assist
Game 2
* Behrend fell to W&J in game two of the day, 10-7
* Freshman Emily McNaughton (Wexford, PA/Pine-Richland) led the Lions with three goals
* Carson Hagood (Orlando, FL/Bishop Moore Catholic) tallied a team-high four steals as well as two assists
* In goal, Dodgen registered 12 saves and two steals
* Junior Daniella Rios (Guaynabo, Puerto Rico/Sagrados Corazones) had one goal, three field blocks, and three steals while Young contributed the final two goals
