ONTARIO, Ca. – The Penn State Behrend women's water polo team completed in the Convergence Tournament on Saturday, falling to Pomona-Pitzer and La Verne.

Game 1
* Behrend fell to Pomona-Pitzer in the first game of the day, 14-4
* The Lions had four goals scored by four different players
* Daniella Rios (Guaynabo, Puerto Rico/Sagrados Corazones) scored the first goal followed by Lauren O'Brien (San Ramon, CA/California)
* Shannon Young (Roseville, CA/Roseville) registered the third goal of the game while Selena Hughes (Carlsbad, CA/San Marcos) tallied the final goal
* Rios also chipped in two assists and three steals and O'Brien and Young each tallied one assist
* In goal, Chloe Dodgen (Riverside, CA/Hillcrest) made eight saves

Game 2
* La Verne took down Behrend in game two, 17-4
* Rios, Young, and Hughes tallied their second goals of the day
* Freshman Emily McNaughton (Wexford, PA/Pine-Richland) scored one goal in game two
* Young registered two assists while Carson Hagood (Orlando, FL/Bishop Moore Catholic) chipped in one
