Dodgen Named CWPA Defensive Player of the Week

ERIE, Pa. - Penn State Behrend women's water polo sophomore Chloe Dodgen (Riverside, CA/Hillcrest) was named the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Defensive Player of the Week.

Dodgen played 32 minutes in goal this weekend, tallying a win, three saves, and two steals. She only allowed one goal and helped lead the team to a 2-0 season start. Dodgen also registered some field play, scoring her first collegiate goal against Utica.

Kayla Scarpaci (Cypress, TX/Langham Creek) was named to the honor roll for Player of the Week while Viviana Euan (La Habra, CA/Troy) was named honor roll for Rookie of the Week.
