UTICA, NY – The Penn State Behrend women's water polo team fell to Grove City and Washington & Jefferson on day two of the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Regional Tournament hosted at Utica on Sunday.

Game One:
Final Score: Grove City 17, Penn State Behrend 14
Records: Penn State Behrend (2-16), Grove City (4-11)

* Marley Persch (Hudsonville, MI/Hudsonville) tied the program's game record for drawn penalties with three
* Nic Darrell (Perkasie, PA/Pennridge) broke the program's season steals record with three in the first game to give her 94

* Olivia Wright (Fairview, PA/Fairview) and Susie Carrillo (Fresno, CA/Clovis North Educational Center) each tallied three goals
* After falling 5-2 after the first period, the Lions outscored the Wolverines 5-3 in the second quarter to get within one at the break
* Behrend and Grove City each tallied four goals in the third to keep it a one-goal game
* The Wolverines managed five goals in the final quarter for the win
* Kieffer Beckman (Wildwood, MO/Eureka) registered five saves for the Lions
