ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's cross country team finished 10^th out of 18 teams on Saturday in the Behrend Invitational. The Lions finished with a team score of 292.

Katie Manno (Erie, PA/McDowell) paced Behrend with a 43^rd place finish with a time of 21:59.8. This topped her time from last week's Franciscan Invitational.

The Lions also had strong performances from Jamie Szramowski, (Pittsburgh, PA/Oakland Catholic) Catherine Fox (Fairview, PA/Fairview) and Miranda Boatman (Bellefonte, PA/Bellefonte). Szramowski finished with a time of 22:13, Fox with a time of 22:49.6 and Boatman with a time of 22:58.

Abby Gilmore (Waterford, PA/Fort LeBoeuf) placed 70^th and finished with a time of 23:16.4. Freshman Abagail Johnston (Grove City, PA/Grove City) and Alexa Haverly (Erie, PA/Villa Maria Academy) finished with times of 24:44.4 and 24:58.8.

Behrend will compete again Saturday September 20^th at the Dickinson Invitational.
