Women's Cross Country Takes Seventh
GENESEO, Ny. - The Penn State Behrend women's cross country team finished seventh out of 15 teams with a score of 208 at Mike Woods Cross Country Invitation at Geneseo on Saturday morning.

Riley Crissman (Bradford, PA/Bradford Area) scored the top time for the Lions with a 33rd overall finish in the 6K with a time of 23:34.9.

Sophomores Caitlin Plazony (Fairview, PA/Fairview) and Jenna Shelton (Cabot, PA/Knoch) took 37th and 44th overall with times of 23:40.7 and 23:49.8 respectively.

Courtney Sargent (Erie, PA/Collegiate Academy) finished in 64th place with a time of 24:11.9. Kelley Giles (North Huntington, PA/Norwin) rounded out Behrend's top five finishers with a time of 24:28.2 earning her 74th place.

The Lions are back in action next Saturday at Houghton. The start time for the race is scheduled for 11 a.m.
