* Olivia Nola (Erie, PA/Collegiate Academy) and Savanna Carr (Franklin, PA/Franklin) were named All-Region for their performances
* This is Carr's second All-Region accolades in her career
* Nola was 17th out of 166 runners in the 6K race, giving her a chance to compete in the NCAA Championships
* Nola ran a season-best time of 23:15.4 in hopes to keep the season alive for another week
* Carr was second on the team and placed 20th with a time of 23:27.0, also a season-best time
