ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's cross country team will hold their annual PSB Invitational at the Behrend Fields on Friday night. The 8K race begins at 6:30 p.m.

* The Lions are running in their first 8K race of the year
* Behrend ran a 5K at the Houghton Invitational on September 1
* Last time out, the Lions placed sixth out of eight teams at Houghton
* Nick Temel (Conneaut Lake, PA/Conneaut) led the Lions with a time of 16:59.99 for 38th overall
* Temel's time ranks second in the AMCC for a 5K
* Last year, Behrend won the PSB Invite with the men take the four top spots led by Phoenix Myers
* Aidan Domencic (Cranberry Township, PA/Seneca Valley) and Kody Klein (North East, PA/Cathedral Prep) are looking to stay in the Top 5 from last year with their second and third place finishes, respectively
