DEPEW, NY – The Penn State Behrend women's bowling team posted a 3-2 record in baker format on day two of the Daemen Invitational on Sunday at the Lancaster Lanes.

* The Lions finished in sixth place as a team, while Bella Pilyih (Pittsburgh, PA/Shaler) took 15th overall and Abigail Lanker (Sunbury, OH/Worthington Christian) placed 20th overall
* Behrend picked up wins against Hilbert, Walsh and D'Youville
* Lanker threw team highs against St. Vincent, Walsh and D'Youville
* Lanker helped the Lions avenge the two-point loss to Walsh on day one, firing a team-best 215
* Behrend managed a 10-point win over Walsh in the third match of the day, 844-834
* The 844 team score was the best of the day for the Lions
* Lanker then threw a 199 against D'Youville in the final match
* Pilyih, the anchor in the baker matches, managed a team-high 193 in the win over Hilbert
* Pilyih also had the second-best score to Lanker vs. Walsh with a 191 for back-to-back matches with over a 190
