ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's golf team will head to Altoona, PA and Cresson, PA over the weekend to compete at a two-day tournament held by Penn State Altoona and Mt. Aloysius on Friday and Saturday.

Weekend Schedule

* 36 holes over two days (Live Scoring)
* 18 holes on Friday at the PS Altoona Invitational at Sinking Valley Golf Course (shotgun start at 11 a.m.)
* 18 holes on Saturday at the Mt. Aloysius Invitational at Summit Country Club (shotgun start at 11 a.m.)

Behrend News & Notes:

* The Lions finished ninth out of 18 teams at the Grove City Invitational on Thursday, Sept. 9
* Behrend tallied a team score of 334, led by ninth-place finisher Alex Pol (Erie, PA/Cathedral Prep)
* Pol recorded a 78 for the 18 holes, firing one over for the first nine and five over on the back nine
* Jake Caldwell (Belle Vernon, PA/Belle Vernon) was second on the team and tied for 24^th pace with an 82
* After two tournaments, Pol is tied for sixth in the AMCC standings with a 77.50 average for 36 holes
