ERIE, Pa. – The No. 2 Penn State Behrend men's soccer team will travel to Buffalo, NY for the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Championship game against the top-seeded Medaille Mavericks at 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Buffalo Color Park.

* The Behrend Lions defeated No. 3 Mt. Aloysius 4-1 in the AMCC semifinals on Wednesday to advance to the finals
* Behrend tallied two goals in each half to get cruise into the championship game
* Richard Blanchard (Erie, PA/Cathedral Prep) has recorded back-to-back five point games for the Lions
* Blanchard registered two goals and one assist in the semifinals to give him 12 goals and 13 assists this season

* This is the third straight year the Lions and Mavericks meet in the AMCC Championship game
* The Lions hold a 13-12-5 edge over Medaille since the all-time series began in 1997
