ERIE, Pa. - The Penn State Behrend men's swimming and diving team heads to Baldwin Wallace to take on the Yellow Jackets in non-conference action on Saturday.

* Behrend went 1-1 last week, defeating Chatham 102-50 and then falling 164-130 to Alfred State

* Jake Schmidt (Erie, PA/Cathedral Prep) was a six-time winner over the weekend for the Lions and was named AMCC Athlete of the Week

* Against Alfred State, Schmidt claimed three individual wins and one relay. He was dominant in the freestyle events, winning the 100 (48.32), the 200 (1:48.73) and the 500 (5:08.58)
* Jacob Eshelman (Franklin, PA/Franklin) won twice against the Pioneers, touching first in the 1000 free and the 200 breaststroke
* In 2019, Behrend registered a 156-70 win over Baldwin Wallace
