ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's indoor track & field program travels to Ithaca, NY to compete in the Kane Invitational hosted by Cornell on Saturday. The meet begins at 11 a.m.

* Behrend will be competing against eight teams at the Kane Invitational, including six Division I teams
* The Lions competed at the Edinboro Invitational on Saturday
* The Lions had five first-place wins in Phoenix Myers (Erie, PA/Seneca), Braeden Smith (Erie, PA/Seneca), Zachary Tingley (Stoneboro, PA/Lakeview), Jack Georgetson (Aliquippa, PA/Hopewell), and Chris Drozynski (Stoneboro, PA/Lakeview) 
* Myers finished in first place in the men's one-mile run with a time of 4:27.44, while Smith took home gold in the high jump with a leap of 2.07m
* Tingley won the 400m, running a 52.94, and Drozynski got the win in the 800m (2:00.92)
* Georgetson qualified for the ECAC meet in the pole vault going 4.50m
* As a team, the Lions have nine AARTFC qualifying marks for the season
