ERIE, Pa. – The Medaille Mavericks men's volleyball team collected a 3-0 Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) win over Penn State Behrend on Wednesday night in the Junker Center.

Score: Medaille 3, Penn State Behrend 0 (25-20, 25-23, 27-25)
Records: Penn State Behrend (2-4, 2-2 AMCC), Medaille (3-3, 2-1 AMCC)

Key Moments:

* The Mavericks snap a four-match losing streak to the Lions
* Medaille's Chris Pauline Jr. led all players with 16 kills and a .379 attack percentage
* Pauline Jr. tallied four kills on seven attempts and registered back-to-back aces to make it 24-18, before Malachi Jackson knocked in a kill for a set-one victory
* The second set brought 13 ties and six lead changes, but Pauline Jr. broke a 23-all tie with consecutive kills for a 25-23 win and a 2-0 lead in the match
* Behrend had two chances at set point in the third to push to a fourth game
* After the Lions timeout, Medaille won four of the next five points for a three-set victory
* Freshman Logan Hering (North East, PA/North East) tallied a team-best 10 kills, including four in the second set
* Senior Colin Dedert (Pittsburgh, PA/Plum) added nine kills, nine digs and three service aces
* Sophomore Diego Ortiz (San Juan, Puerto Rico/Wesleyan Academy) had a team-best 14 assists
