ERIE, Pa. – The Mt. Union men's volleyball team won their 16th straight match of the season with a 3-1 win over Penn State Behrend in non-conference action on Tuesday night in the Junker Center.

* The Purple Raiders rallied back after losing the first set to win three unanswered to keep the winning streak alive
* The Lions forced Mt. Union to commit a season-high 26 attack errors
* Senior outside hitter Colin Dedert (Pittsburgh, PA/Plum) tallied eight of his team-best 16 kills in the first set
* Dedert posted a .533 attack percentage with eight kills on 15 attempts to secure a 25-20 set-one victory
* The swinging second set had 10 ties and four lead changes
* The Purple Raiders took the lead for good with two straight points to break an 18-all tie
* Dedert and Cameron Ternent exchanged a pair of kills before Ternent's fifth kill of the set got Mt. Union even in the match with a 25-22 win

* The Lions grabbed a five-point lead in the fourth set thanks to six kills from Logan Hering (North East, PA/North East) at 16-11
