CHESTER, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's volleyball team did not give up a set point in four matches this weekend, defeating Immaculata and Rosemont on Sunday in non-conference action, 3-0.
Match One:
Score: Penn State Behrend 3, Immaculata 0 (25-17, 25-12, 25-18)
Records: Penn State Behrend (4-4), Immaculata (1-5)
Key Moments:
* The Behrend Lions posted their third straight 3-0 win this weekend
* The Lions held Immaculata to just five kills in the second set
* Diego Ortiz (San Juan, Puerto Rico/Wesleyan Academy) tallied his first double-double of the season
* Ortiz dished out 22 assists and tallied 12 digs
* Logan Hering (North East, PA/North East) recorded his fifth double-digit kills match with a high of 14
* Adrian Martinez (San Juan, Puerto Rico/Wesleyan Academy) had a team-best 14 digs
* Another clean performance by Cody Schnur (Butler, PA/Butler) with six kills on eight attempts with no errors
* Dylan Buzalka (Carlisle, PA/Cumberland Valley) hit .417 with seven kills

* Behrend held Rosemont to single-digit points in each match while only giving up four kills
* Josh Elegeer (Waterford, PA/Fort LeBoeuf) hit .818 with a match-high nine kills on 11 attempts
* Martinez added 12 digs for a total of 26 for the day
* Freshman Diego Velazquez (Guaynabo, Puerto Rico/Colegio San Jose) handed out a match-high 15 assists
* Behrend also registered 32 digs and 19 service aces in three sets
