The Penn State Behrend softball team will be on the road this week as they take on Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) foe Medaille on Tuesday and Alfred on Wednesday.

* The Lions are 18-4 with a 10-2 mark in the AMCC
* Behrend is now on a 13-game win streak and are tied for first in the conference rankings
* The Lions are coming off of two wins over Hilbert on Saturday
* Behrend won game one, 7-1 and game two, 11-3 in five innings
* Maria Jones (Wilcox, PA/Johnsonburg) went 6-for-7 on the day and tallied a win and seven strikeouts on the mound
* Cami McNany (Emlenton, PA/Allegheny-Clarion Valley) is ranked first in the AMCC with 29 RBIs and 14 doubles
* Jones leads the conference in stolen bases with 16 while Marissa Torretti (DuBois, PA/DuBois) is third with 14
* Ashleigh Schmidt (Sarver, PA/Freeport) tallied her sixth win of the season on Saturday, good for third best in the AMCC
* As a team, Behrend leads the conference in runs (168), hits (237), doubles (56), triples (12), home runs (7), RBIs (155), and stolen bases (44)
* The Lions have a conference best team batting average of .371 and slugging percentage of .530
