2015-16: Six-time All-Conference First-Team choice...Won the 50 free and 100 breaststroke at the AMCC Championships...Swam on four winning relays (200 and 400 free relay, 200 and 400 medley relays...Broke five-year old AMCC open, AMCC meet and school record in the 400 free relay. 

2014-15: First-Team All-AMCC in the 200 free and medley relays...Second-Team All-Conference in 100 backstroke...Swam on two first-place relay teams at AMCC Championships.  

Personal: Daughter of Kirsten and Larry Horn...Majoring in biology with a minors in chemistry and Spanish...Transfer from Iona College...Two-sport athlete at Jersey Village High School...Swimming team was three-time Regional Finalist...Water Polo team finished fifth in the state (2013, 2014).
