ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's tennis team welcomes Penn State Altoona to Westwood Racquet Club in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) action on Saturday, beginning at 3 p.m.

* The Behrend Lions are looking to make it three wins in a row after today
* The Lions took down Mt. Aloysius last Saturday 8-1 for their second straight victory
* Behrend is 2-2 overall and 2-1 in the AMCC, good enough for second place in the conference standings
* Marissa Bowles (South Orange, NJ/Columbia), Audra Carnes (Fairview, PA/Fairview) and Sara Howard (Ashtabula, OH/Edgewood) are on a two-match winning streak in singles
* Carnes and Howard are 3-1 in singles at the No. 5 and 6 spots, respectively

Penn State Altoona News & Notes

* The Altoona Lions are 2-2 overall and 2-2 in the AMCC heading into their final regular-season match this weekend
* The Lions recently defeated La Roche 6-3 last Sunday
* Altoona's other win was a 4-3 decision against Mt. Aloysius
* Jessica Stevens leads Altoona with a 3-1 record at No. 1 singles
