ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's tennis team collected their third straight Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) win of the season, defeating Penn State Altoona 6-3 on Saturday at Westwood Racquet Club.

*  Audra Carnes (Fairview, PA/Fairview) and Erica Jasinski (Fairview, PA/Fairview) helped the Lions take an early lead after the doubles matches
* The pair won their third straight doubles match, recording an 8-0 shutout at No. 2
* The other doubles win belonged to Rachel Weber (Hampton, PA/Hampton) and Sara Howard (Ashtabula, OH/Edgewood)
* Weber and Howard tallied an 8-3 No. 3 doubles decision for a 2-1 lead in the match heading into singles
* Marissa Bowles (South Orange, NJ/Columbia) and Jada Donatien (Brooklyn, NY/Millburn) registered the same score (7-5, 6-1) at No. 2 and 3 singles, respectively.
* Carnes and Howard were also victorious in singles action
* Carnes posted a 6-1, 6-1 win against Alivia Serenita at No. 4 singles, while Howard managed a 6-0, 6-3 win at the five spot
