Kappeler Scores AARTFC Qualifying Height At Brockport

BROCKPORT, N.Y. – The Penn State Behrend women's indoor track & field team took part in the Brockport Multi on Saturday.

Key Moments:

* Senior Madison Kappeler (Cecil, PA/Canon-McMillan) led the Lions on the track and in the field on Saturday
* Kappeler hit an AARTFC qualifying height of 10-10 for sixth in the pole vault
* She would go on to place seventh in the 60m (8.38) and 12^th in the 200m (27.87)
* Jessica Park (East Meadow, NY/East Meadow) registered a distance of 44-2 ¾ in the weight for ninth place
* Grace Jones (Union City, PA/Union City) tallied ninth in the triple jump with a score of 31-6
* Distance runner Lindsey Hartle (Pittsburgh, PA/Avonworth) finished 17^th in the mile (5:50.70)
* Ivy Laffan (Waterford, PA/Fort LeBoeuf) ran a 19^th-place 400m time of 1:05.29
