* Earned fifth with a personal-best in the 3000m (11:06.12) and sixth in the 5000m (19:26.41) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships - Indoor
* First in the 3000m at the Houghton Last Chance Qualifier with a time of 11:25.54 - Indoor

2023-24

* United East Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year
* United East Outdoor Champion in the 10000m (47:39.43)
* All-United East outdoor honors with a runner-up finish in the 5000m (20:21.25)
* All-United East indoor honors with second-place finishes in the 3000m and mile and a third-place finish in the distance medley relay
* Member of the 4x8 relay team that competed at outdoor regionals
* Placed 22nd in the 5000m at indoor regionals with a time of 19:39.08
* Ran third place personal best time of 19:21.60 at Slippery Rock in the 5000m
