Springfield, Ohio – The Penn State Behrend women's water polo team travels to Springfield, Ohio on Saturday to compete in the CWPA Regional Tournament 2 hosted by Wittenberg.

Behrend News & Notes
* The Lions are coming off two wins against Utica last Saturday in the CWPA Regional Tournament 1
* This is the first time the team has started the season 2-0 since the beginning of the program
* Behrend won the first game, 13-5 followed by a 16-5 victory in game two
* Shannon Young (Roseville, CA/Roseville) and Kayla Scarpaci (Cypress, TX/Lanham Creek) both chipped in four goals and three assists on the day
* Chloe Dodgen (Riverside, CA/Hillcrest) was named the CWPA Defensive Player of the Week
* Dodgen tallied a win in goal while registering three saves and two steals
* Dodgen played some field time, scoring her first collegiate goal
* Scarpaci was an honor roll recipient for the CWPA Player of the Week while Viviana Euan (La Habra, CA/Troy) was honor roll for CWPA Rookie of the Week
