ERIE, Pa - The Penn State Behrend women's cross country team will open the 2013 season ranked 10th in U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Mideast Region Poll.

The Lions are led by 2012 AMCC All-Conference selections Katie Spade, Jamie Szramowski, Catie Bertges, and Haley Hughes.

Behrend will begin its defense of AMCC Championship when they open the season at the Buffalo State Invitational on August 30.
