ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's swimming and diving team has been named a 2023 Division III Scholar All-America Team by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).
The CSCAA has named 714 teams to its Scholar All-America list for the Spring 2023 semester. The teams represent 299 Division III. The CSCAA recognizes teams with the Scholar All-America Award for achieving a team grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher.
The Lions sported the highest female team GPA on campus with a 3.65. The women had five student-athletes with a 4.0 GPA, including Jadyn Danylko (Erie, PA/McDowell), Becca Krenzer (Grove City, PA/Grove City), Hannah Roadway (Pittsburgh, PA/Chartiers Valley), Trulee Stainbrook and Olivia Webster (Aliquippa, PA/Hopewell).
Behrend also placed 11 on the Dean's List and had eight swimmers with a GPA of 3.8 or above.
