ERIE, Pa. – Junior Zane Hackett (Brookville, PA/Brookville) was selected as the men’s basketball Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) and Co-ECAC South Player of the Week, announced Monday.

Hackett led the Lions to three conference wins this past week averaging 20 points per game on 70.6 percent shooting and hauled in 6.3 rebounds per game. On Monday against Hilbert Hackett scored a game-high 19 points making 9-of-10 shots from the floor and added nine rebounds. He scored 22 points against D’Youville on Wednesday and capped off the impressive week with 19 points on 8-of-11 shooting and four blocks against La Roche on Saturday.

Behrend returns to action on Wednesday against Pitt-Bradford. Game time is 8 p.m.
