ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's basketball team cracked the latest D3hoops.com Top 25 Poll, ranking 23rd in the nation.

The Lions (23-2, 17-1 AMCC) wrapped up the regular season Saturday with a 91-64 victory over Pitt-Greensburg and are currently on a 12-game winning streak dating back to January 14. Winners of 23 of their first 25 games, Behrend has matched the 1999-2000 team for the best start in program history.

With a 17-1 record in conference, the Lions clinched the AMCC regular-season title and will have a first-round bye in the AMCC Tournament as well as host the Final Four beginning on Friday.  

Winners of the last two conference tournaments, the Lions are looking to capture their third consecutive conference crown and advance to the NCAA Tournament once again.
