ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's swimming and diving team closed out the 2022 portion of their schedule with a 157-74 Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) victory over Penn State Altoona on Saturday.

Key Moments:


* Tim Compton (Pittsburgh, PA/North Allegheny) and Jacob Eshelman (Franklin, PA/Franklin) each registered two individual wins and one relay victory
* Compton was first in the 1000 freestyle in (10:16.58) and the 100 butterfly (53.05)
* Eshelman touched first in the 200 IM (2:01.86) before winning the 500 freestyle (5:00.01)
* Compton and Eshleman were in different winning relays
* Compton was the third leg of the winning 200 medley relay along with Dan Tanaskovic (Monaca, PA/Central Valley), Jake Niziol (Eighty Four, PA/Ringgold) and Anthony Tumino (Hershey, PA/Hershey)
* The foursome clocked in with a first-place time of 1:38.06
* Tumino collected another relay win and an individual win
* Individually, Tumino had a time of 54.24 in the 100 backstroke for the win
* He later finished the meet with Eshelman, Ahmed Ibrahim (Alexandria, Egypt /Rioda) and Jax Abele (Erie, PA/Iroquois) in the 400 freestyle relay, coming in first place (3:18.95)
* Niziol and Tanaskovic also tallied an individual wins; Tanaskovic in the 50 free (22.24) and Niziol in the 100 breaststroke (1:00.80)
* In diving, Reilly Koch (Harborcreek, PA/Harbor Creek) won the one-meter board (192.80) and Jacob Earley (Erie, PA/Harbor Creek) had the best score on the three-meter board (195.25) for first
