    The Penn State Behrend women’s water polo team fell to Utica by a score of 5-4 in day two of the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division III Championships. The Lions (6-15) trailed by as many as three in the second half but saw their comeback attempt fall one goal short.

  • Women's Water Polo Wins Twice, Falls to Connecticut College
    March 28, 2015
    Playing three games on the day, the Penn State Behrend women’s water polo team went 2-1 in day two of the second Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Regional. The Lions (6-10) fell to the host team Connecticut College 12-0 to start the day, but rebounded with a 12-6 victory over Monmouth and a hard-fought 6-5 win over Utica in the night cap. With two victories on the day, Behrend tied the program's record for wins in a season with six.

    In the final day of the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Regionals, the Penn State Behrend women's water polo team increased their winning streak to three games with 5-3 victory over Utica. With the win the Lions (4-8) close out the regionals with a 3-2 record.

    The Penn State Behrend women's water polo team won twice Saturday on the second day of action at the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Regional. The Lions (3-8) defeated Monmouth 10-4 in the first game of the day and returned at night with a 6-5 nail biting victory over Macalester.

    On the opening day of Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) regional competition, the Penn State Behrend women's water polo team fell twice. In game one of the day, Carthage (4-3-1) knocked off the Lions (1-8) by a score of 8-1 and in game two Connecticut College (3-10) downed Behrend, 16-2.
