ERIE, Pa. –Sophomore forward Jake Gamble and the Penn State Behrend men's soccer team were ranked in the final NCAA Division III statistics for the 2010 season.
The men's soccer program ranked fourth among all Division III teams in scoring offense registering 3.0 goals a game while netting 63 on the season to place fifth in the statistics.
Gamble, who tied the program's single-season record for goals, cranked out 17 to rank him fifth in the total goals and 19th in goals per game (.81). He also dished out five assists to rank 12th in the total points (39) and 23rd in points per game (1.86).
The Lions finished the season with a record of 14-3-4 and went undefeated (9-0) in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference play with a 9-0 mark.
