ERIE, Pa. – The Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) released the Fall 2022 ACWPC Men's All-Academic list. Four Penn State Behrend men's water polo players were recognized for their achievements in the classroom.

To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete's head coach must be a member of the ACWPC, while the athlete must attain a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher. Divided into three teams based on cumulative grade point average (GPA), 205 athletes garnered Outstanding (4.00-3.71), 228 Superior (3.70-3.41) and 154 Excellent (3.40-3.20) recognition from 49 teams.

Freshman Will Aikens (LaGrange Park, IL/Lyons Township) was named Outstanding while freshman John Romano (Havertown, PA/Malvern) earned Superior. Senior Ryan Kenney (Skippack, PA/Perkiomen) and sophomore Sam Deeter (St. Louis, MO/Lindbergh) received Excellent honors.
