2016-17: AMCC Swimmer of the Year...Highest point winner at the AMCC Championships...Broke three team records this season, including the 50 freestyle twice, the 100 freestyle and 50 backstroke...Tallied seven-first place finishes while breaking 13 records in the process at the AMCC Meet...Champion in the 50 freestyle, 100 backstroke and the 100 freestyle...Member of four championships relays...Her lead off 50 backstroke in the winning 200 medley relay set a team record.

2015-16: Six-time All-Conference First-Team choice...Won the 50 free and 100 breaststroke at the AMCC Championships...Swam on four winning relays (200 and 400 free relay, 200 and 400 medley relays...Broke five-year old AMCC open, AMCC meet and school record in the 400 free relay. 

2014-15: First-Team All-AMCC in the 200 free and medley relays...Second-Team All-Conference in 100 backstroke...Swam on two first-place relay teams at AMCC Championships.  

Personal: Daughter of Kirsten and Larry Horn...Majoring in biology with a minors in chemistry and Spanish...Transfer from Iona College...Two-sport athlete at Jersey Village High School...Swimming team was three-time Regional Finalist...Water Polo team finished fifth in the state (2013, 2014).
