    Mike Stark, a 2011 graduate of Penn State Behrend and member of the track & field team, has been named to the U.S Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Division III All-Academic team. A total of 200 student-athletes representing 72 institutions compose the group.

    What are your thoughts on your team beginning your season in Florida and the Salisbury and Coastal Carolina Events? The team performed really well at both the Salisbury and Coastal Carolina meets. We had school records broken in both cases, and ECAC qualifiers in both meets. The training was excellent, the team bonded well, and it was great to be on a track for the first time this year. I think the athletes were ready to go, and for as much traveling as we did, I thought they responded well to the meets.
