ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend men's cross country runner Jacob Parsons (Titusville, PA/Maplewood) was named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Athlete of the Week, announced on Monday.
Parsons lead the team to a fifth-place finish at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational hosted by Roberts Wesleyan College this past Saturday. The sophomore improved his time from the first meet of the season by 1:12 to post a time of 26:35.1 earning him a 19th place finish out of 237 total runners.
