The Penn State Behrend womens track & field team is one out of 106 Division III programs to be named a 2010 All-Academic Track & Field team by the U.S Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

On Monday, June 21, the Behrend Lions women's track and field program announced its team awards for the 2010 season. Coach Cooper recognized a team MVP, Most Improved Player, Rookie of the Year and Leadership and Scholarship award winner.

The Penn State Behrend track & field teams competed at the Mason Dixon Conference Championships April 30 and May 1 at Salisbury University. The women finished fourth, and the men fifth, with many Behrend athletes earning all-conference status.
Katie Monoskey (Punxsutawney/Punxsutawney) has been named the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Athlete of the Week for the week of May 3, 2010.

The Penn State Behrend men's and women's track & field teams competed on April 24 at the Baldwin-Wallace Invitational in the final meet before upcoming conference championships. The blue and white had several athletes come through with solid performances in the unscored meet.

The Penn State Behrend track and field teams competed on April 17 at the Westminster Invitational, with the men capturing first place while the women finished second. The men racked up 229 team points to cruise past the other five competing men's teams, while the women earned 120.5 points to finish second of eight teams.

The Penn State Behrend men's and women's track & field teams turned in outstanding efforts on Saturday, April 10 at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational. Four Division III teams competed in the event and the Behrend men's team took first place with 204 points, while the women earned a third place finish with 152 points.

The Penn State Behrend track and field teams competed at the Bill Van Horne Invitational at Wheeling Jesuit University on March 26 and 27 with each team putting up solid team scores. The mens team finished fourth out of 14 teams, while the womens team finished ninth out of 17 teams.

What are your thoughts on your team beginning your season in Florida and the Salisbury and Coastal Carolina Events? The team performed really well at both the Salisbury and Coastal Carolina meets. We had school records broken in both cases, and ECAC qualifiers in both meets. The training was excellent, the team bonded well, and it was great to be on a track for the first time this year. I think the athletes were ready to go, and for as much traveling as we did, I thought they responded well to the meets.

The Penn State Behrend track and field teams were on display at the Mount Union College Raider Open on Saturday, February 20. Both teams had solid performances and several finished at the top in their events.
The Penn State Behrend track and field teams competed at the Cornell University Invitational on Saturday, February 13 and the blue and white saw a number of athletes produce significant results.

The 2010 Penn State Behrend track and field teams are loaded with experienced returners and talented newcomers joining a program that has seen breakout performances over the past few years. Last year was another stride forward for the teams as the men and women each finished third at the Mason Dixon Conference championships.
The Penn State Behrend men's and women's track and field teams took part in their second indoor meet of the season on Saturday, February 6 at the Mount Union Invitational. No team scores were recorded but the blue and white saw a number of athletes stand out.

Jenna Fatica (Erie/Villa Maria) has been named the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Athlete of the Week for the week of February 8, 2010.
The Penn State Behrend Track and Field teams competed at the West Virginia State Farm Games on Saturday, January 23. Both the men and the women put in solid performances facing several top Division I competition.
