ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's bowling team kicks off the first leg of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Round Robin this weekend with play starting on Saturday in Latrobe, Pennsylvania hosted by St. Vincent.
Behrend News & Notes:
* The Lions dropped a trio of matches to Medaille earlier this week
* Freshman Katie Richardson (Hamburg, NY/Hamburg) had one of her best performances in the loss, ending the day with a three-game average of 171.67 and a team-high of 187.
* Bella Pilyih (Pittsburgh, PA/Shaler Area) totaled a 506 series and was 17th in the conference the previous week in overall average with a 15.88
* Despite three losses to the reigning AMCC champions, Behrend had one of their best performances of the season, breaking their season-high for traditional score while bowling on the same oil pattern that they will see this weekend
