* Behrend is coming off a 3-0 weekend, sweeping La Roche on Saturday and taking a single non-conference game from Thiel on Sunday
* In six games last week, sophomore Silvio Ionadi (Pittsburgh, PA/Plum) finished the week 13-for-17 for a .765 batting average with 11 RBIs, three triples, three doubles, and 13 runs scored
* The second year infielder went 3-for-3 in three different contests
* Ionadi is first in the AMCC in average (.470) and on-base percentage (.586). He is also tied for second in the conference with a .682 slugging percentage
* David Gibson (North East, PA/North East) is tied for second in the conference with 29 runs driven in, while holding a .415 batting average
* Pitchers Jake Manendo (Erie, PA.Mercyhurst Prep), Joe Lang (Pittsburgh, PA/North Allegheny), and Sawyer Prince (Shinglehouse, PA/Port Allegany) all threw scoreless innings in relief this past week. Starters Alec Greenblatt (Oliveburg, PA/Punxsutawney), Colin Bolla (Fairview, PA/Fairview), Andrew Bredel (Clinton, PA/Burgettstown), and Ethan Tinker (Pittsburgh, PA/Avonworth) each picked up their second win on the mound
* Manendo has only allowed one run in 10.1 innings pitched, while Bolla has struck out a team-high 25 hitters
